8th International Conference

Mechatronics 2009

18.11.2009 - 20.11.2009

Luhačovice, Czech Republic

Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Brno University of Technology and Faculty of Mechatronics of the Warsaw University of Technology kindly invite you to take part in the 8th International Conference "Mechatronics 2009". The objective of the conference is to provide a forum for researchers to discuss the state-of-the-art in mechatronics, robotics and biomechanics. The Conference is held by rotation in Czech Republic and Polad, as it is organized by

  • Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Brno University of Technology
  • Faculty of Mechatronics, Warsaw University of Technology

This years conference will be held in Czech Republic in Luhačovice.

The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Brno University of Technology is oriented towards three main fields: manufacturing technology, design and process engineering and applied sciences. Faculty is also developing new interdisciplinar fields of study in cooperation with other faculties: mathematical and physical engineering, materials engineering and mechatronics.

The Faculty of Mechatronics at Warsaw University of Technology was established in 1962 to meet the needs of the developing industry. Presently the research and education at the Faculty are focused on: automatic control, robotics, photonics, optical equipment and systems, biocybernetics and biomedical engineering, measuring systems, multimedia technologies, precision and electronic equipment, micromechanics and applied metrology.

Mechatronics as the synergistic integration of mechanical engineering, electronics and computer control is the fast developing area of science and technology. The conference is devoted to the presentation of research achievements and exchange of ideas within development of mechatronics components as well as manufacturing methods of intelligent products. In this Conference particular attention will be attached to applications of mechatronics achievements in biomedical engineering and environment.
